|Dancing with Elephants
From start up to elephant trainer: one Midwestern company’s dance with Wall Street and K Street to improve the lives of 72M working Americans – (and 11M Brits to boot). Join us as Michael Kiley, CEO of PAi (Current’s reigning Next Generation Best Place to Work), brings you along his journey from a being a small startup firm in rural Wisconsin to becoming the back office for Wall Street goliaths like American Funds and Bank of America Merrill Lynch and shaping retirement policies that impact the lives of millions, not just in the United States, but also in the UK. Michael will step through some of the struggles he’s faced along the way and provide helpful guidance for overcoming some of the unique challenges that young professionals face in the emerging global economy.
