|About the Speaker|
Foxwood AssociatesGreg Gauthier is a partner with Foxwood Associates, a management advisory firm located in Northeast Wisconsin. He practices in the area of organizational development and in that role works with owners and management teams of small and mid-market companies to develop organizations and strategies for improved performance.Besides his advisory role, Greg has served in an interim management capacity for companies and has been appointed by the court to act as the operating manager for businesses under court supervision.
He’s is a frequent speaker and teacher on leadership, organizational development, business finance and business planning. In 2011 he traveled to Israel and Jordan to teach business principles as part of a U.S. State Department project to strengthen the economy of both nations.
Greg has 30 years of management leadership experience and has received specialized training in corporate revitalization and performance coaching. One of his greatest strengths is individual and corporate performance coaching. During his career he’s held senior leadership positions in publicly traded and privately held companies along with 15 years of business ownership experience.
He is a graduate of Marquette University.
