Connecting with Style for Better RelationshipsIn both our personal lives and careers, we often run into people who are difficult with whom to connect. We too often dismiss and walk away from difficult people. And yet, it might just be that you’re speaking different languages!Learning the language of different behavioral styles will help you interact with others with style and grace, making every relationship easier to foster. In this Lunch N Learn, we will discuss:

  • How to identify the four basic behavioral styles just by observing how the other person dresses, acts and shakes your hand.
  • What motivates the styles to take action.
  • What your dominant style likely is.
  • How your style is perceived by the other styles.

She specializes in working with business owners and sales professionals to help them generate Referrals for Life. As a certified trainer, Tanja has worked with more than 2,000 business professionals to help them grow their business through relationships and referral marketing.Tanja received her bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Lakeland College. Prior to opening the Referral Institute in Green Bay, she worked for Walt Disney World, opened and ran an event planning business and spent five years with BNI, working directly with their members to help them make the most of their memberships through training and personalized coaching.Tanja mentors directly with referral marketing specialists from around the world, including Dr. Ivan Misner, Eddie Esposito, Dawn Lyons and Mike Macedonio. She recently worked closely with them to release an international training program for the Referral Institute.
