Pre-Check-In? What’s That?
We hope you are enjoying your summer and are excited about your upcoming move to UW-Green Bay. By now, you have received information for learning about your room/building assignment and roommates.
You should undoubtedly be excited to live on campus with comfortable housing, activities and events, and much more to do on campus such as meeting new friends or re-connecting with old friends.
To make sure that your move-in experience is the best and smoothest it could possibly be, you need to go online and complete your Pre-Check-In. It’s simple: Just follow this link: https://sis.uwgb.edu/reslife/xci/
Log-in with your UWGB username and password, and follow the directions!
It is extremely important to complete this before you arrive because not only do you need to set your PIN for your door and select a dining/meal plan, but you also get to see who you’re living with and pick your own move in time!
Time slots are filling up fast, so make sure you log-in and complete Pre-Check-In ASAP!
Can we get in touch with our Resident Assistant before arrival?

Hi,
I remember see somewhere they you needed to let someone know how we wanted our bed set, I want my down but can’t find the area to post that. Can you let me know who I email this information to? Or are the bed down unless you ask for them to be loft?
Thanks
Danielle
Hi Danielle,
All of the residence hall beds will come junior lofted. That means they will be a few feet off the ground to allow the dresser to fit underneath. If you would like your bed lowered or bunked with your roommate’s, you can do that all on your when you arrive. The beds are fairly light and no tools are required!
Thanks for asking!
