While growing up in southern California, Josh Vietti began playing the violin at the age of four and studied with the LA Philharmonic for over 10 years. In 2006, this hip hop violinist decided to make a career out of his passion. Josh started playing as a street performer and has now opened for acts such as Ne-Yo, Travis Porter, Justin Moore, and Andy Grammer.

Originally from Wausau, WI, Windsor Drive performs timeless songs with themes that relate to every generation. This indie-pop band has performed at the famous Warped Tour and has toured with Mae, Ryan Cabrera, and recently performed with He Is We on the “Give It All” tour this past June and has had their songs featured on The Hills. Just releasing their new album, Wanderlust, this past September, Windsor Drive hopes to change people’s lives and perspectives on life through their music.

With 500 people in attendance, Thompson Square performed their hit single “Are you Gonna Kiss Me or Not” along with other songs on their CD and popular song covers like Katy Perry’s “Waking Up In Vegas.” Students are still talking about how excited they were to meet the band in person after the show. Abby English, a UWGB student, was excited to show off her newly signed CD by the band. “I’m still in shock that I got to both watch and meet Thompson Square for free,” said English, “I can’t thank GTP enough for giving me this opportunity.”
