- Short for “Web log,” a specialized site that allows an individual or group of individuals to share a running conversation of events and personal insights with online audiences.

How to read a blog:
- Visit each blog.
- Use a RSS reader (news aggregator) such as Google Reader, Bloglines or My Yahoo.
What is RSS?
- RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. An XML-based system for aggregating and rapidly scanning information from blogs, news and current event Web sites, and other Web sites that update content frequently.
Other uses for RSS:
- Monitor the Web by creating your own feeds using sites like Google News or YouTube. For example, every time a video is posted to YouTube that is tagged with UWGB you will be notified.
How to find a blog:
- Use a Blog Search Engine such as Google Blog Search, Technorati, Ice Rocket
- Use a standard search engine like Google and search a topic along with the word blog. For example: university, judicial, student, blog will find you The Judicial Affairs Blog
