Please mark your calendar for the Kress Events Center’s Chakra Yoga Detox led by KEC’s Yoga instructor, Alyssa, on Monday, December 10 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the KEC Special Events Room!
(FYI: Chakras are defined as centers of the body from which a person can collect energy.)

This Charka Yoga Detox will be ALL ABOUT relaxation and calming the mind to help you as you prepare for those final exams!
• This event is absolutely FREE!
            o No sign-up necessary, just show up!
• Feel free to bring a blanket, sweatshirt or any other warm clothing to keep yourself comfortable
            o (Throughout this event, we will spend most of the time laying down and doing a yoga pose for each chakra)
• Participants of all levels are welcome
• Mats are provided

During the Chakra Yoga Detox, we are going to visit each of the seven energy centers in the body to reenergize and awaken ourselves. We will use aroma therapy and do a (optional) short partner massage to further cleanse our mind, body and spirit to prepare for final exams!
