Argentina’s Dirty War Presentation: Patricia Isasa

Patricia Isasa, survivor of Argentina’s Dirty War will be on campus discussing issues of torture, human rights, historical justice, and prosecuting of human rights abuses in democratic society. The screening of the movie based on Patricia’s story and discussion will take place on Wednesday, Sept.. 19, 4-6pm in the Christie Theater.
Patricia was a high school student when she was abducted, imprisoned and physically tortured by the military junta that overthrew democratically elected government in the 1970s-1980s Argentina.
