Speaker’s biography: Noha Gaber is the Executive Director for EPA’s Council for Regulatory Environmental Modeling (CREM). She has served as an environmental engineer on the CREM staff since joining the agency in 2005. The primary focus of her position is to provide leadership in developing and implementing activities to help ensure that the Agency’s model-based decisions are founded on the best available science and are legally defensible.

Noha is also the founder and president of the EPA Emerging Leaders Network (ELN), an EPA employee organization that works to provide networking and professional development opportunities for EPA’s future leaders. Through its activities, ELN helps to foster cross-Agency collaborations as well as helps to develop well-rounded leadership capabilities of EPA’s young professionals. Noha is also actively involved in the Partnership for Public Service, serving on the Advisory Board for the Center for Government Leadership and as a participant in the Annenberg Speakers Bureau.
