• UW-Green Bay Music presents Messiah, Part I, and the “Hallelujah” chorus from Part II:
7:30 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 7 at the Weidner Center. Randall Meder, conductor, in collaboration with UW-Green Bay Chorale, Concert Choir and Green Bay Symphony Choir accompanied by a guest chamber orchestra. • Tribute to Lovell Ives:
Lovell IvesJazz Fest XXXIX will help celebrate the 80th birthday of former music faculty member Lovell Ives. The event features the UW-Green Bay Jazz and Vocal ensembles and a special Alumni Jazz Band directed by Lovell Ives, featuring Mark Israel ‘82 on the trumpet and Mark Burditt ‘81 on the trombone, along with many others! The big show is Saturday, January 31 at the Weidner Center. Watch the Alumni website for more information.
