Alumni Spotlight – Bryan Anker

This week we spotlight an alum who earned his degree through our Adult Degree program.  Kudos to Bryan for not only attending college during a very busy time in his life but for also knocking it out of the park and graduating Summa Cum Laude!  Meet Bryan Anker…

Name and Grad Year: Bryan Anker, ’12 – Summa Cum Laude
Major: Interdisciplinary Studies – Emphasis on Business
Minor: Business Administration
Favorite Professor(s): Vicky Medland, Forrest Brooks
Employment: District Manager at Kraft Foods/ Nabisco (14 years)
Family: Spouse – Tina (20 yr anniversary in December), 2 daughters – Nikki (Sophomore at UWGB) and Alyssa (Freshman at Shawano High School)
Hobbies: I love archery, playing guitar, reading, and hanging out at the cabin
Volunteer Interests: I support Paul’s Pantry and Old Dogs that Care (Military Support Group)
Something you don’t know about Bryan: I was in the Marine Corps Reserves 1986-93 – Rank of Sergeant (E-5). Also, I still hold a Shawano High School track record in 300 meter intermediate hurdles (26 years and counting)!
