Nicole Michlig (far right in photo above) is a senior communications major and a third year phone-a-thon caller. Yes, she’s heard her share of hang-ups and no answers, but she keeps coming back. Like other callers she’s NOT a glutton for punishment, and she takes seriously her charge to help alumni remain connected with their alma mater.
