Remember to study a little bit of your material each day for exams. They can be a stressful time, but if you eat right, get enough sleep, and study a little at a time, you will be successful. Don’t overwork yourself and keep your health in mind. If you are sick and stressed out, you’re more likely to do poorly on an exam and stress yourself out even more. You can also visit your stress supports on campus. Friends are one good support system- you can make a date and study together as a group. Another is the American Intercultural Center. There are many open and friendly people, and if you need to talk to somebody there are Advisors there to guide you. You can also study in the LGBTQ center, which is a quiet and very supportive area on campus. If you find yourself too stressed out to visit any of these areas, why not visit a counselor in the counseling and health center? Simply call them ((920) 465-2380) and make an appointment between 8am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
